Partnering with Professional Theatrical Services to provide labor management and budgeting consultation to George P Johnson.

We managed a crew of over 150 IATSE hands to build, operate and strike the general session for Workday Rising. We tracked daily schedules, advised on future scheduling updates, and tacked the labor budget throughout the run of the show.
